Making your wedding a success is our specialty.  Choose from a wide selection of menus showcasing delicious and fresh local produce – we have something to suit every taste and budget!

 

We offer two stunning reception locations within the Club and a new on course Arbour for Wedding Ceremonies.  Our Auditorium features a parquetry dance floor, permanent stage and full service bar, and our Deck is a more informal, relaxed space which overlooks our beautiful golf course and our kangaroo colony.

 

The Arbour is a 100 metre walk from the Club, under the full shade of huge paperbark trees.  Guests can easily walk to and from the Arbour back to your reception.  The hire cost includes 6 bench chairs for your guests and a table with 2 single chairs for signing of documents.

 

Our picturesque golf course provides a beautiful back drop for your wedding photographs whilst your guests enjoy pre dinner drinks and canapes on the Deck.  Golf carts are available as transportation for the wedding party whilst on the course.

VENUE DETAILS

VENUE HIRE
 

Arbour on the Course $500 - Includes the use of 6 timber bench seats, 2 chairs and small square table for signing, and use of 12m muslin wrap draping. Hire fee covers cost of staff to set the space for you as well!

 

Wet Weather Ceremony $400 - If the weather turns sour and you're in need of a back up option, The Deck can be utilised for a wet weather ceremony. Fee covers the cost of staff to set the space under short notice. Payment is non-refundable and required a minimum 48 hours before the day of ceremony.
 

The Deck $1500 to $1800 - The Deck overlooks our stunning golf course and can seat 90-110 people, allowing for a dance floor and bridal table, or slightly more if those features are not required. The Deck has been completely renovated and is now fully roofed, with ceiling fans, heaters, and an adjustable glass panelling wall to stop any rain creeping through – making it an all weather area. It has a full service bar and is a great space for a more modern, casual or cocktail style evening.

The Auditorium $1200 to $1500 - Our Auditorium can seat up to 150, however 90 – 120 people is the best number for the room to give you and your guests ample and comfortable space. The Auditorium features a permanent parquetry dance floor, stage, full service bar, and bathrooms and is a totally private and air conditioned room.

CAPACITY

The Auditorium offers a large space that can comfortably seat up to 150 guests with a dance floor and stage area. The Deck is completely roofed and overlooks the golf course with seating available for up to 90-110 people.

 

MARQUEE
All options are inside club or undercover so marquee hire is not required.

 

CEREMONY

Ceremonies can be conducted on course, on The Deck or tie the knot in the Old Kirk Chapel situated adjacent to the club.  (capacity 80 guests).

PARKING
There is ample parking in the clubs carpark at the front of the club.

TRANSPORT
The club offers a courtesy bus from 2:00pm on weekends and operates till 12:00pm.

The Club can arrange a bar tab at your set limit with your chosen beverage inclusions.
